All of us became a mother without truly realizing how unprepared we were.
Not because we didn’t care.
But because no one really talks about the whole truth of pregnancy and parenthood.
We felt overwhelmed.
We had questions we didn’t know how to ask.
We searched for guidance and mostly found fear, pressure or unrealistic expectations.
We wished for something simple.
Something honest.
Something that would guide us instead of confusing us.
So we created what we needed back then.
Mila’s Beginnings was born from our own experience - from moments of doubt, exhaustion, love, fear and growth.
Every guide, every planner, every bundle is designed to:
- make you feel less alone
- give you structure without stress
- and help you feel confident in your role as a mother, father or parent
Our mission is simple:
To support women, men and families during one of the most emotional and life-changing phases of their lives.
